After a lifetime of eating my Grandmother's Chicken Noodle Soup and a decade+ of making it, I decided to take it to an alternate level.

This dish means a lot to me and I feel that I did my family proud today in the test kitchen.

Each torellini is filled with everything you would expect in a chicken noodle soup. Carrots, celery, onion, thyme and shredded chicken. The bite into it is an unctious pop of sentimentality. All of this with a rich cream of chicken broth.
