El pastor, made by my buddy Andy Schones and Arracherra en Salsa Verde that I made.

Not sure how Andy made the pastor, but it was fucking delicious! Gonna have to learn this technique.

My Arracherra was marinaded in garlic, dijon, lime, salt, cayanne pepper and beer. Then I charred it on the grill. For the salsa verde was made with charred tomatillos, serranno peppers and salt.
