This is a weekly meal for me. Sometimes twice a week.

Get yourself some wild Salmon, not the farm raised shit.

Marinade in olive oil, S&P and some teriyaki. Get your skillet screaming hot, toss in a knob of butter. lower heat and throw in the salmon face down. Sear for a few minutes and flip it over to the skin side. Keep in rolling at medium temp till cooked through.

I like mine with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, but you do what'cha gotta do.
