SEARED SALMON



THIS IS A WEEKLY MEAL FOR ME. SOMETIMES TWICE A WEEK.

GET YOURSELF SOME WILD SALMON, NOT THE FARM RAISED SHIT.

MARINADE IN OLIVE OIL, S&P AND SOME TERIYAKI. GET YOUR SKILLET SCREAMING HOT, TOSS IN A KNOB OF BUTTER. LOWER HEAT AND THROW IN THE SALMON FACE DOWN. SEAR FOR A FEW MINUTES AND FLIP IT OVER TO THE SKIN SIDE. KEEP IN ROLLING AT MEDIUM TEMP TILL COOKED THROUGH.
